As the Director of Operations at New Path, Oscar was instrumental in shaping the company’s strong Operating Model. His passion for construction operations and employee development left a lasting impact on those he mentored and worked alongside.
Before his career in construction, Oscar served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps (Platoon 3054) from 1982 to 1988, exemplifying leadership and dedication in every role he took on.
