ustin is a seasoned architectural professional with a wealth of experience exceeding 10 years, demonstrating proficiency across diverse markets encompassing hospitality to educational architecture. He has successfully contributed to a spectrum of projects with total construction values ranging from 1 million to 95 million dollars. Justin’s specialized knowledge in technical architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) has significantly enhanced the efficiency of the drafting process, enabling clients to accurately estimate project costs. Justin’s strategic utilization of technical architecture and BIM extends to the early stages of design, leveraging technology to clarify critical decisions that influence the final built product. In his most recent role, he serves as the Director of Pre-construction and Design at New Path Construction & Consulting. In this capacity, Justin assumes responsibility for overseeing the internal bidding and estimating processes. Furthermore, he meticulously evaluates bidding documents, identifying areas for improvement and potential cost savings, thereby ensuring optimal value for the client. Justin Graduated from the Drury University with a NAAB accredited Master’s Degree in Architecture.
