Eric Little

Eric Little has been involved in the construction industry since completing his tour of duty in the United States Marine Corps in 1998. He has managed the construction of everything from automotive plants to prisons, to heavy civil/infrastructure, as well as over 30,000 apartment units. Eric’s experience includes notable projects such as Vitruvian Park in Addison, TX, and The Belmont in Dallas. Vitruvian Park is a $1.2 Billion, 118-ac, 6,700-unit mixed-use project that includes 5 miles of public roads, 2 vehicular bridges, a 12-acre public park. The Belmont was a 465-unit wrap that was the first LEED Silver Multifamily project in Texas.
