Brian was also a Top Ten broker (performance rating) for Chicagoland Coldwell Banker Commercial Offices. Brian’s experience allows him to be proficient in value engineering, engineering oversight, permit agency management, bond reductions, construction management and more! Brian’s expertise enables him to understand the “Big Picture” and have the experience, knowledge and resources to protect their client’s assets and minimize losses.
Brian has worked on countless projects ranging from 40 to 400-acre sites. Brian is an alum of Purdue University Calumet – where he studied Construction Technology.
