Brad is an experienced private equity & corporate development specialist with substantial experience in private equity, M&A, and public equity markets. Brad’s early career focused on M&A investment research developing Middle Market investment strategies for private equity / strategic clients. Brad sourced proprietary qualified investment opportunities that resulted in the closure of transactions totaling more than $500mm in enterprise value. Brad has also held a variety of corporate development roles working with leadership teams to drive growth by combining strategic and operational goals. In a corporate development capacity, Brad has worked on executed M&A deals totaling more than $1 Billion in transaction value. Brad most recently, is director of Corporate Finance & Strategy for New Path Construction & Consulting. Brad oversees internal controls, financial targets, and the enforcement of financial strategy aimed toward profitable long-term growth.
Brad graduated from The University Of Iowa Tippie College of Business with a BS in Finance. Brad also completed the John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center Program earning a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management with a focus on Entrepreneurial Finance.
