Dallas, Texas – 02/05/2025 – New Path is excited to announce the appointment of Eric Little as Vice President of Urban and Community Projects, marking a significant step in the company’s expansion into Texas. As part of this growth, New Path has established a new office in Dallas, strengthening its presence in the South-Central U.S. and reinforcing its commitment to delivering high-quality, community-focused developments.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the construction and development industry, Eric brings a wealth of expertise to large-scale residential and commercial projects across Texas and beyond. Throughout his career, he has led developments ranging from 50-unit podium-style buildings to 300-unit garden-style communities, with individual project values spanning $20 million to $200 million. His strategic leadership and deep understanding of urban and suburban development make him a valuable addition to New Path’s growing team.
Based in Dallas, Eric will oversee all design-build construction projects in Texas while also supporting New Path’s continued expansion throughout the South-Central U.S. His role will be pivotal in establishing New Path’s new office as a hub for regional operations, allowing the firm to serve clients better and execute complex, high-quality developments more efficiently.
